Knights Squad 2 Game Review

Knights Squad 2 Is a top-down, PVP melee game. The game takes place in medieval times, and you can play as a wide variety of different knights. The player can choose multiple different game modes to play either with other players, or AI bots. You can also play Knights Squad 2 locally, with your friends on the same server. The first thing I noticed when I launched Knights Squad 2 was the amazing aesthetics. With exciting music and sound effects, the game was full of adrenaline and excitement. As you decided which knight to use, each had a certain skillset, armor color, and strength.

Once loaded into the massive fighting arena, players were put up against other knights. The main goal was to be last alive while using certain abilities and weapons that spawned around the arena, to your advantage. The game was challenging, but I quickly learned the controls and strategies that eventually led to my victory.

There were some minor issues I had with Knights Squad 2. The game was not properly stretched to my TV’s resolution, which led to me not being able to see the full screen and directions. The game also gave no tutorial or directions on what to do, so for my first five games or so, I was running around trying to figure out what each button on my controller did. But, Knights Squad 2  is only in demo form, so these issues will hopefully be fixed upon full release.

Overall, I really enjoyed playing Knights Squad 2 the graphics and sound effects of the game were amazing and beautiful. Battling was fun, and it made me feel like I was really in medieval times. I think this game could be really fun when the developers add online competitive modes into the game. But Knights Squad 2 is still in demo form, so I can not wait to see what is added!

Hunting Simulatior 2 Game Review

Hunting Simulator 2 Is a first-person, hunting/shooter game. The game takes place in modern times, and you play as a professional hunter, exploring the wilderness. On your way, you will acquire new weapons and companions, that you can use to help you hunt all over the world. You will also run into a wide variety of animals that you can shoot and hunt. Players can then sell these animals for money or keep them as prizes. Using the money they earn from the day’s hunt, players will be able to upgrade and perfect their weapons, clothing, etc.

The first thing I noticed when I launched Hunting Simulator was the amazing graphics! With real-time sounds of the wilderness and beautiful landscape shots of the outdoors, I felt like I was really going out to hunt. The sounds of the rifles I used were also very realistic and even the animals and the sounds they made sounded real.

My favorite detail about Hunting Simulator 2 was the cabin. This was a place for players to relax and take a break from the hunting action. Players could buy new weapons, ammunition, hunting dogs, clothing, and much more at the cabin. They could also customize what they would be taking on each hunting trip. The cabin itself was very luxurious and nice and reminded me of a place someone would stay at if they were to go hunting in real life.

There were some minor issues I had with Hunting Simulator 2. When trying to call my hunting dog to give him directions, the controls were very weird. In order to praise your dog, the player had to hold down a wide variety of buttons on their controller, which caused me troubles. I also had a glitch where I could not move for a good five to ten minutes. But, this could have been a simple glitch due to the fact that the game is new.

Overall, I really enjoyed playing Hunting Simulator 2. The graphics and sound effects are the game was amazing and beautiful, and I could not believe my eyes when I loaded the game up. Hunting was fun, and it made me feel like I was really in the outdoors. I think this game could be really fun if the developers were to add a multiplayer aspect, so one could play with friends. I can’t wait to see what is next for Hunting Simulator 2.

Goosebumps Review for Xbox One

Goosebumps is a new video game released on video game consoles. Obviously, the game is based around the well-known novel series Goosebumps. The player moves around a haunted mansion, looking for clues and book pages. While looking for these clues, The player is chased by well-known scary ghouls and monsters that readers of the Goosebumps series would recognize. For example, Slappy the doll, killer clowns, and zombies all make an appearance throughout the game.

The main goal, as said earlier, is to find clues and book pages hidden around the mansion. If the player is able to find all of these clues, then they are able to stop the evil monsters and escape from the house. But finding these clues are much harder than one may think. While searching, players will run into evil gnomes, clowns, dolls, and more, and they must think quickly on their feet if they want to escape. Hiding under beds and closets may be the only way to escape from doom.

There were two things that really added to the overall gaming experience of Goosebumps when I played it. The music, and the graphics. Both of these small details made me enjoy the game and also made it much more frightening. The graphics were very dark and gloomy and made it feel like I was the one in the large mansion. Whenever there were tall shadows or figures, I immediately became frightened. The music of Goosebumps was also very terrifying. The soundtrack sounded like it was taken straight out of a horror movie, and it really added to the overall gameplay.

There were some problems I had with the game. First of all, the game itself did not fit my tv screen. This was most likely a common mistake, but I was never able to see the whole screen because the game was stretched out too much. I also found some parts of the game, in general, to be very very confusing. When looking for clues, I spent too much time- in some places, and that made the game less enjoyable. Besides that, I enjoyed Goosebumps the game. With a good mix of comedy and creepiness, the game did feel like I was in one of the Goosebumps novels.l I can not wait for the game to be added upon and I look forward to any new games that come out like this.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Warzone

Recently Activision released a new game, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This new Call of Duty has a new Battle Royale game mode called Warzone. This new game mode is very unique and has certain aspects that no other game has had in the past. For example, if you die in-game, you are sent to a prison called the Gulag. In the Gulag, you are put into a 1v1 situation, and if you win, you are redeployed. This new system not only helps us players get back into the fight, but it also allows for other players to learn the game much easier.

Recently I won my first solo Warzone game, and it was very difficult. Going against 149 other players per game us quite the challenge, so beating all of them was a good feeling. I ended my game with a total of 10 kills, and I was very happy to see that I leveled up by two levels.

Overall, I enjoyed my gaming experience with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Warzone. I do hope the game producers fix certain bugs and hacks, but besides that, the game was very enjoyable.

Veterans Online Game Review

Veterans Online is a free-to-play, top-down multiplayer shooter that puts ten players in an intense five vs five situation. The game requires fast reflexes and even faster sharpshooting. The players are able to customize their load-outs, characters, taunts, and more. To do this, players must use the money they earn to buy said upgrades. These currencies can be made either from spending money in the game or completing certain challenges. Players also can buy certain weapons using the buy menu, which will use your currency that you earn mid-game to give you better weaponry.

The graphics of Veterans Online was very clean. When I launched the game, I was greeted with the sounds of battle and dramatic music. I spent some time customizing my character and giving him the hair and masks that I liked. I then went into the tutorials and watched all of the video walkthroughs. The one problem I had was the movement controls and sensitivity. The sensitivity for my game was way too high, and my movement keys were not the usual WASD and were assigned to other keys. Luckily, I was able to change both of these problems to my liking, and I was ready to play.

Sadly, I was not able to get into an online match. I sat in the lobby waiting to get in a game, but the highest number of players was 2/10. I wanted to play an online match and test my skill, but it never happened. I decided to go into a custom match by myself, to get the feel for the game and controls. The game is very well made. The maps are clean and big and would work for any five vs five game mode. The guns and recoil patterns are interesting and would be challenging to get used to. It was a shame that I could not get into an online game mode.

Overall, I enjoyed Veterans Online even though I was not able to play the online version. I enjoyed the base game, with different weaponry and skills. I believe that the reason I did not get into an online match was due to the low amount of players. I do believe that if the game had more players, it would draw more attention. I hope that the game does get more popular in the future because it is a good game. Overall, I would give Veterans Online a nine out of ten.

Braveland Trilogy Review

Braveland Trilogy, produced by Tortuga Teams limited is a new, exciting, RPG strategy game. The game follows you and your team of heroes, as you encounter different bandits, monsters, etc. Throughout your journeys, you will recruit and hire different soldiers that you can use to your advantage. The main objective of the game is to make your way through the Braveland Trilogy world, fighting and increasing your power with your army.

Each player’s team is comprised of multiple classes, each with a special set of skills and strengths. My army was comprised of peasants, archers, and thieves, each with a different skill set. Some classes had more range, speed, or power than the other classes. Classes also had a different weakness, keeping the game challenging. For example, the archers were only good at a medium to long-distance, and the closer the enemy got, the weaker the archers became. The peasants were quite powerful up close, but due to their weapons, they were slow and vulnerable to faster enemies. There is also a huge variety in the different types of enemies that a player can face. Ranging from weak archers to magical hammer users, the different enemies keep the game interesting.

I liked how each of the different sections of the map was themed differently and became progressively more difficult. At the beginning of the map, much of the land was green, bright, and the enemies that I encountered were easy and peaceful. Farther down the map, many of the enemies were much more difficult and the map was darker and dimmer. I really enjoyed the aspect of purchasing certain fighters to grow your army. This aspect made the game feel much more like an actual medieval time simulator. The difficulties that I faced when I played Braveland Trilogy was the coins. I usually did not make enough money or coins to buy back the soldiers that I lost in battle. Little by little, my army began to shrink more and more. Luckily, I was able to find a treasure chest that gave me enough coins to buy back my whole army. The animations and graphics themselves for the games were pretty good. The graphics were bright and fun, and very kid-friendly. The voice lines and speech bubbles reminded me of a comic book, and the action sequences were simple but well executed.

Overall, I enjoyed playing Braveland Trilogy. The gameplay was quite enjoyable, and the graphics were very beautiful. The diversity of your army, as well as your enemies, was very nice, and challenging. All in all, I would award Braveland Trilogy a score of eight out of ten.

Reversion the Return: Chapter 3 game review

Reversion the Return: Chapter Three, produced by 3f Interactive, is a new and exciting story and role-playing game. The players follow the familiar protagonist, Christian, who is working with his fellow revolutionists to try and defeat the evil warlord Sergio from taking over his beautiful homeland, Buenos Aires. The game uses a simple but classic point and click playstyle, usually with inventory and puzzle-based missions. The game also uses incredible interactive voice acting as well as a hint system, for when the player is stuck. On top of that, the game’s 2d original aesthetics and challenging puzzles keep the players wanting more and more of the game

The characters themselves are very impressive. From friendly, peaceful citizens, to harsh, dangerous soldiers, the possibility is endless. This large amount of adversaries keeps the game interesting, as well as challenging. I still really enjoyed the live voice acting and performance of all the characters, and I felt that it gave each character a personality and personage. On top of that, each new environment and characters were individually drawn out and customized, based off of their personality.

The objective itself is very simple. The player must explore different parts of Buenos Aires in order to complete certain objectives. These objectives can range in simplicity and difficulty, such as the starting mission that requires you to remember a certain math equation, to one of the final objectives that require you to find and rescue your friend who was abducted by an evil military group. At times, these objectives can be tricky and confusing. At one point I was stuck for a good 30 minutes trying to find who I needed to talk too in one of the stealth missions.

To help counter these problems, the player is given the hint tool. This allows the player to receive a certain amount of hints, that will help them progress further in the level. Keep in mind that there are only a certain amount of hints that the player receives at the start of the mission, and after they use them all they must wait a certain amount of time for the hints to recharge. This system allows for the perfect amount of help to be given, while still keeping the game fun and challenging.

Overall, I enjoyed Reversion the Return: Chapter Three, produced by 3f Interactive. The simple but yet classic single-player story game really was nostalgic for me, especially since those were the types of games I used to play when I was younger.  The only thing I would improve upon is the diversity of the missions. I found that some of the missions were somewhat repetitive, so the game could become boring at some points. If the developers could somehow add a multiplayer aspect into this game, the possibilities would be endless. Besides that minor improvement, I really enjoyed Reversion the Return: Chapter Three and would recommend any puzzle-loving gamer to try it out. My overall rating of the game is it an 8.5 out of 10.

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Ranked Game Mode Review

Rainbow Six Siege is famously known for taking elite military forces and joining them together to compete against one another. The game is a first-person shooter, that allows players to compete in a five on five, simulation-based game mode. The player chooses from a wide variety of operators, each selected from the highest-ranking military task forces from around the world. Each team is either defending or attacking a certain objective. whether it be saving a hostage, defusing a bomb, or securing an area, each team must your strategy and teamwork to win the game.

I have been playing Rainbow Six Siege for a while now, and have gotten pretty good at the game. Due to the quarantine, my friends and I have decided to play the competitive playlist. This game mode is for the players that want a true challenge. Only the best of the best will compete in ranked games, and the amount of concentration is usually doubled in these games. The ranking system is very simple and easy to understand. You and your team will play ten ranked games, in each game going up against different teams with different skill levels. After you complete all of the placement matches, you and your team will be placed into a skill level, depending on how many kills, and wins, you got in the ten placement matches.

After playing the ten placement matches, the player can continue to play ranked games. This means that they will have a chance to get a higher rank then what they were placed in. But the player must be careful because if they lose too many games they could drop lower than what was given to them.

Overall, my Rainbow Six Siege ranked experience was fun, exciting, and frustrating all at the same time. I still enjoyed my time in the ranked game mode, and I am going to go back and play it as soon as aI can.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Game Review

As a kid, I always used to play Nintendo games on my gaming consoles. Whether it be Super Smash Brothers or Super Mario, I fell in love with the Nintendo world. When I discovered that an Animal Crossing game was coming to mobile devices, I was very excited to see how Nintendo would execute such a large task. When I downloaded the game, I was pleasantly surprised, and immediately became nostalgic. As I completed the tutorial, classic Animal Crossing music began to play, and characters new and old started to introduce themselves. I realized that Nintendo had once again executed an amazing video game.

The object of the game is very simple and resembles a lot of the other Animal Crossing games. The player goes around the map, meeting new animal friends. The player does certain quests for said animals, and in the process, they will level up their friendships with each animal. After a certain level is reached with each animal, the player will invite their friends to their campsite. The campsite itself is the home base for the player. Each campsite is different based on the player’s style, and it can become whatever the player wants it to be. You can even change the background, foreground, fences, etc to truly make it your own.

The mobile game also includes side objectives, such as fishing, catching bugs, and crafting new outfits. These all take time, and the player is going to need materials to do these objectives, such as steel and wool. Another cool addition to the game is the Cabin and camper. Both of these locations serve as smaller campsites. Because the campsite can’t house all of your animal friends, the Cabin holds the excess animals. On top of that, you can customize the furniture in the cabin, making the animal’s hang out location interesting.

When a player is waiting for new animals, or they are low only supplies, they can complete map quests that will help them gain more materials and animals. These map quests cost coins and supplies, and in return, the player will receive a large number of different materials. If a player ever becomes bored, they can always enter fashion and design contests. These require a player to own certain outfits or furniture pieces, and the player must lay out the pieces in front of a group of judges. If the player successfully passes the test, they will receive new outfits and clothing pieces.

Overall, I really enjoyed Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. I thought that Nintendo did a great job converting the original and classic Animal Crossing games to the mobile device. The game itself is simple, fun, and addicting, and it’s one of the few mobile games that you don’t grow tired of.

Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition Game Review

Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition, developed by Snowhound games and produced by 1C Entertainment, is an exciting and unique RPG tactics game. With the use of card game combat and a beautiful yet simple comic book aesthetic, Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition stands out as a new and upcoming role-playing game. As the player follows their team through outer space, they will explore multiple spacecraft, as well as encounter a large assortment of enemies. Throughout their journey, the player will unlock new abilities for each of their characters and will find new items along the way that will either help or hinder them.

The first thing that I noticed when I started playing Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition was the amazing and stunning graphics! The aesthetics themselves reminded me of an older style comic book, especially with the added speech and action bubbles. During fights between characters, the attention to detail in each sequence was also very impressive and clean. Due to the card game playing style, the game itself seemed to operate at a slower pace. I feel like this fits well with the game because the player was able to take in more information without becoming confused or feeling rushed.

As for the combat itself, I personally enjoyed the fight sequences very much. Each player’s team is comprised of three characters, each with a special set of skills and strengths. On my team, I assigned the Brawler, who did most of the fighting; the Healer, who healed his fellow teammates; and the Technician, who assisted the team in combat by giving him and his teammates power-ups. I like how an individual can customize each of their teams to their specific playstyle. This can keep the game interesting and exciting for everyone. There is also a huge variety in the different types of enemies that a player can face. Ranging from a floating eye to an evil janitor, each enemy has a certain skill and fighting style that the players must counter.

Another interesting aspect of Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition was the energy point system. When the player moves around the spaceship, scans for loot, and battles enemies, a certain amount of energy is consumed. After a while, the player will need to return to their base, or their teams will start to lose their shields, weapons, and life support. This danger makes the player think about each of their choices and strategies.

Overall, I personally really enjoyed Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition. I thought the graphics and looks of the game were fantastic and beautiful, as well as unique. On top of that,  the action sequences were very exciting, and fun to experience. The ability to customize your teams and weapons was a great touch. The diversity of enemies that the player had to face as well as the energy point system was challenging. All in all, I would award Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition a score of nine out of ten.
